All areas of maintenance including basic plumbing, electric, drywall, painting, and overall repairs within residential and commercial buildings. Workday includes receiving and completing work orders depending on the necessities of each work order.

Flooring Installer
Flooring Installer career opportunity!
Flooring Installers place floor/wall coverings in both residential and commercial buildings (carpet, tile, laminate, engineered hardwood floors, wood, sheet vinyl, shower enclosures, kitchen backsplashes, and all other flooring options throughout).
Job duties include going out to locations, consulting with clients, and measuring the job for the estimate. Additional requirements include measuring materials, cutting materials, preparing floors, removing imperfections, and installation of all types listed above.
Window Cleaner

Requirements include use of squeegee blades, mops, cloths, and knowledge of commercial and residential window cleaning (minimum of 1-year experience).
